that good old harmony

Upon the Isle of Patmus One man was cast one day As he was left
alone to die He began to pray The Holy Ghost fell on him The
Spirit, he came down Well he began to write about the things he
saw The Revelator's name was John
Chorus: Talkin' 'bout John the revelator he saw Jerusalem coming
down Yes it was John the Revelator And when he looked around He
saw feet like brass Eyes like fire Heard a great voice
saying Come up higher He was John the Revelator He wrote about
the city of God
While in the Spirit praying John turned around to see If the
voice he had heard Was what it seemed to be Just like many
waters A great trumpet sound Well he said I am the first and
last The Revelator wrote it down
Repeat Chorus (x3)
Scriptural Reference:
"I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering of the kingdom
and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus was on the island of Patmos
because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. On the Lord's
Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a
trumpet, which said: 'Write on a scroll everything you see and send it to
the severn churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis,
Philadelphia, and Laodecia. I turned around to see the voice that
was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands,
and among the lampstands was someone "like a son of man," dressed in a
robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest.
His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his
eyes were like blazing fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a
furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters."
Revelation 1:9-15

made flesh and put to death for me Now you know it's easy to see

that I can wear his precious name 'Cause of all the ones who love
me That will ever be No one cares as much as he
He was willing to count the cost Suffering for the lost Not a
greater love that I could receive Now you know I gotta believe

reading His Word? Do you trust and obey each and every day? Do you
love the Lord?

others to say. Decide for yourself live the golden rule, Only you
can choose the way.

Scriptural Reference:
"When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Peter, 'Simon son of
John, do you truly love me more than these?' 'Yes, Lord,' he said,
'you know that I love you.' Jesus said, 'Feed my lambs.' Again
Jesus said, 'Simon son of John, do you truly love me?' He answered,
'Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.' Jesus said, 'Take care of my
sheep.' The third time he said to him, 'Simon son of John, do you
love me?' Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, 'Do
you love me?' He said, 'Lord, you know all things; you know
that I love you.' Jesus, 'Feed my sheep.'" John 21:15-17

Abraham You rock-a-my-soul Down in the bosom of Abraham You
rock-a-my-soul Down in the bosom of Abraham You rock And
rock And rock Hey, Lordy, Lordy Lord, rock-a-my-soul Why don't
you rock-a-my-soul

well (won't you praise the Lord) You know when he died (well with glory
and honor) He had a home in hell (he should have praised the Lord)
Repeat Chorus
Well, the poor man Lazarus (well with glory and honor) He was the

Scriptural Reference:
"'There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and
lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a begger named
Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich
man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. The time
came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side.
This rick man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was
in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his
side." Luke 16:19-23
The time has come to tell the masses that Jesus Christ our Savior
lives- of how he loves us like that the father and of the spirit that
he gives. The time has come to take the message to those who'll never
be the same- too many bound by false religion, to those who've never
heard his name.
Chorus: The time has come to tell the nations; the time has come to
spread the word. In every town we must confess it; we must reveal our
precious Lord. The time has come; we must not waste it. The time has
come to sound the news. It is for every single nation. We cannot wait-
the time has come.
From Macedonia, the call is sounding. Earnest and bold the people
wait. The countless children in Peking, China; The thirsting souls of
Uruguay; The time has come to go to Boston, Salt Lake, Nashville, to
Abilene. Yes from L.A. to New York City and every county in
between.
Repeat Chorus
The time has come, the Time Has Come, the TIME HAS COME!
Scriptural Reference:
"After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: 'Father,
the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify
you.'" John 17:1
There are too many Christians Who don't talk to each
other They're not acting like brothers They're not loving at
all They' refuse confrontation They choose gossip and slander For
solutions meander Well they're in for a fall
We can't keep going on like this every day Hear what I say
Chorus: Let's get together Let's stop the fighting Let's start
uniting Whoa... Whoa.. Whoa.. Let's get together Let's stop the
fighting Let's start uniting Whoa... Whoa.. Whoa..
There're too many people Who don't know the Savior They see our
behavior is not what is should be So let's get together No more
fussing and fighting We need love and uniting To be one family
We can't keep going on like this every day Hear what I say
Repeat Chorus
Bridge: It's time we stop the fighting And start giving our love
to each other Oh don't you know that they're never gonna See how
we're lovin' our Lord Unless we're givin' our love to each other
Repeat Chorus (x3)
Scriptural Reference:
"How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!"
Psalm 133:1 "I in them and you in me. May they be brought
to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved
them even as you have loved me." John 17:23 "And over all these
virtues put love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
